Pocket Utopia is pleased to announce the summer artist residency of Matthew Miller, a recent graduate of the New York Academy of Art and recipient of a Postgraduate Fellowship from the Academy of Art. Miller will exhibit at Flowers on Madison Avenue in August. He is the third resident artist to set up “studio” in the space.

Working late most evenings, the passerby can catch a glimpse of or catch up with Miller while he works on a series of portraits. He’s a contemporary artist, working in the arena of Rembrandt, with a smoother complexion and a vision that stretches into the future with feet firmly planted on Flushing Avenue.
